Jane developed her insatiable love of food, cooking and styling at an early age. As far back as she can remember, Jane was cooking and styling international cuisines with her mum and grandma in their Sydney kitchen. Jane’s professional career began as a formally trained chef, enabling her to work with some of Sydney’s great visionaries in the world of fine food. Jane prepared dining experiences in globally renowned restaurants such as Watermark & Wockpool , closely working with luminaries Neil Perry and Kylie Kwong where her love of Asian cuisine was developed and constantly refined. Since 1999 Jane has been food styling professionally on a freelance basis with all of Sydney’s foremost photographers and Australia’s leading food and lifestyle monthly magazine publications. Jane’s styled creations have been viewed millions of times, by literally millions of individual food consumers. Titles where Jane’s creations can be seen include the Westfield Food Magazine, Womans Day, Bauer Custom Media Magazines, Coles Magazine, Weight Watchers, Super food ideas, recipes+, Slimming magazine. Jane’s innovation and creativity in Food Styling has also led her to be much sought after in the Corporate World, working for a number of retail & agency clients including: Westinghouse, Masterfoods, Muffin Break, Jamaica Blue, Dreamy Donuts, Subway, Gourmet Garden, Dolmio, Kantong, Sunbeam, Sanitarium & Grow Harvest Cook. Jane has food styled for a large array of consumer books for publishers that include Hardie Grant, ACP, Murdoch books, Readers Digest, and various E-Books. Jane is also a proficient food editor and custom develops unique recipes based on her diverse cooking and styling experience; Jane was the food editor and Food stylist of Coles magazine for over 10 years.

Fiona is a Sydney based food, props & interiors stylist with more than 25yrs experience creating images for all forms of media including advertising, books, editorial, packaging, retail, web and TVCs. Cordon Bleu trained and with an extensive background in sourcing, set design and interiors styling she is ideally suited to a wide range of projects and is also available for food consulting and recipe writing.

Annette Forrest
Food stylist and recipe writer, Annette has credible expertise working with seasonal fresh produce, meat, poultry, eggs and seafood.
Annette’s passion for fresh seasonal ingredients was fuelled early in her career working in the fresh seafood industry, and subsequently leading the team to launch the Sydney Seafood School at Sydney Fish Markets. Her on-going, award-winning work writing recipes*and styling for Sydney Markets has given her a wealth of knowledge on fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables.
Annette has worked with many respected agencies, publishers and companies for numerous food brands, including Australian Pork, IGA, Australian Women’s Weekly Cookbooks, Australian Avocados, Australian Chestnuts, Australian Summer Stone fruit, Australian Eggs, Lilydale, Freedom Foods, David Jones and Taste.com.au.
When she has time, Annette loves gathering beautiful objects from nature as well as collecting old cutlery and eclectic antiques on her travels. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, beach walks and dining out.
